SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The Scottsdale Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona,
New amenities include a Grab and Go market, a coffee and wine bar, La Fogata restaurant featuring Southwestern cuisine and cocktails, and The Social Boardroom with recreational options like a pool table, shuffleboard, and an in-house simulator.


La Fogata’s bar complements the dining experience with live acoustic music Thursday-Fridays, locally crafted cocktails, and patio seating featuring fire pits and scenic views.


For those seeking a unique nightlife experience, The Madam speakeasy offers artisanal cocktails and a Prohibition-style atmosphere. Reservations for The Madam can be made through OpenTable.


La Fogata Kitchen & Bar, led by Executive Chef Ken Arneson welcomes diners with a menu showcasing regionally inspired flavors. Housed in a hacienda-inspired setting with an open-air kitchen and wood-fire grill, La Fogata offers a taste of authentic Arizona cuisine.
Arneson, a 15-year culinary veteran, honed his skills at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley under renowned chefs Charlie Trotter and Thomas Keller. The menu features dishes like grilled octopus with toasted paprika aioli, Sonoran fire mesquite-grilled corn with cured chorizo and sambal aioli, a house-smoked salmon board served with local Noble bread, and half-confit chicken with sautéed kale, red grapes, mushrooms, and an ancient grains jus lie sauce. Seared scallops in a cauliflower puree are another menu highlight.
